Staver defined that Title VII applies to each personal and public employers and requires that honest non secular beliefs be accommodated.
NorthShore staff who have been terminated or compelled to resign will obtain $25,000 and people who have been compelled to get the vaccine will obtain $3,000 as a part of the settlement.
Staver stated NorthShore resisted the lawsuit firstly of the method.
